Shamrock Handling Concepts (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as Shamrock, was established in Johannesburg in October 1994 and is a national distributor and supplier of well-known forklift brands and ranges.
In 2018, Shamrock was acquired by The Capital Equipment Group (CEG) of INVICTA HOLDINGS LIMITED, listed on the JSE since 1989, which has allowed the company to expand its product and service offering.
Since this acquisition, Shamrock became the official supplier of TCM forklifts throughout the West Rand, with forklift equipment ranging from internal combustion counter balance forklifts, specialised warehouse material handling equipment and electric counter balance forklifts.

Shamrock’s forklift sales, rentals, servicing and parts operation in South Africa is situated in Boltonia, Krugersdorp.

Throughout South Africa and the surrounding countries Shamrock offers 24-hour customer sales and service through a comprehensive network of offices and sub dealerships.
